Pharmacist - Oncology

As an Clinical Pharmacist in a Oncology Infusion setting, you will provide a full range of distributive, clinical, consultative, research, and/or administrative pharmaceutical services.

Additional responsibilities of the  Oncology Pharmacist include:

  • Compound, manufacture, purchase, dispense, and/or preserve drugs, medicines and other therapeutic agents.
  • Serve as members and consultants on treatment or diagnostic teams.
  • Disseminate drug information to members of the hospital and clinic staff.
  • May participate in hospital or clinic research project's or perform pharmaceutical research.

Job Requirements

Oncology Pharmacist requirements:

  • Area: Ability to work in the Los Angeles, CA area
  • Licensure requirements: Must have valid, open and active California Pharmacist license
  • Education: B.S. or Pharm D
  • Years of experience: 1+ year(s) of recent Clinical Oncology pharmacy experience  
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Length of Assignment: Must be flexible as assignment may end or extend depending on client need
  • Pay: DOE
  • Background/drug requirements: Ability to successfully complete background check, client health screening criteria and drug screen
